Thank God for that, but on another note seeing as though we're failing to get Modric and have failed with Pastore, why not jump in for Ganso? Luiz Alvaro Ribeiro just recently said "But if he wants to leave Santos, we will not have any objections to that. We have to respect the player's wish. He has his dreams, his ambitions". I know his heart is set on Milan but as we've seen many times money talks, and Gallani has already said once or twice he's too expensive. It would be a risk, Pastore-like but greater. The only problem is the price, I wonder what the real demands are if Milan can't match them. I know ridiculous figures like 40 million have been said but I highly doubt it.

Would not be bad if Sneijder goes to City. This will piss United a lot after they thought they almost had him, and I will like that a lot! :D

Until we lose to them 4-0. I'd much rather Sneijder come here and piss off Man Utd that way.

Well some people here said he is not worth it cause he is very injury prone.

So I say, if that's the case let him go to City!

I'm bit of an Inter fan, so I can easily say that he isn't that injury prone, he just has really shite stamina.

So don't expect him to be made out of glass like Ribery and Robben. Think of him like Mesut Ozil, neither players can cope with a full 90 minute game.

Guess we'll be seeing him in a United shirt very soon then..

I think he is more likely to end up at City.

Great player but he is not worth the transfer fee + wages that Inter and Sneijder will ask for.

It would make no sense to bid for Sneijder if we didn't even pursue Aguero due to his large wage demands. I also don't see how United can sustain his all around price without making some sales.

Just imagine our midfield with Modric AND Sneijder.

City have no room for him & if it came down to choice of offers, I have no doubt he'd choose United.

I disagree. City have too many DMF and are short of creative MF's. A midfield that consists primarily of De Jong, Gareth Barry and Yaya Toure can definitely do with a playmaker
