Chelsea vs Internazionale

You dont know that. Your not at the training ground everyday seeing what the lads work on. You just dont know that........

No offence Steve but neither were you mate. If you compare our side, which is reasonably the same, to the side that knocked out Liverpool under Hiddink last year, its like comparing Apples and Oranges.

The manager has a massive influence on every aspect of the teams performance. From tactics and game plan right down the confidence building. The reason we were so good under Jose was because he instilled a confidence within the team that made them feel invincible..Instead of our defenders thinking "Oh shit ,oh shit i have to stop this guy from scoring" they were thinking "Once i stop this guy from scoring i will pass it to such and such" We where always thinking one move ahead.. We saw shades of that under Hiddink but haven't seen a Shred of it under Carlo. The entire team has just changed.

Lampard is probably playing his worst season in 8 years. Joe Cole has become a nothing player, Anelka is on a different planet, Carvalho has lost all confidence that any person could have and Ballack is so far over his head that he looks 10 feet tall.

at the end of the day you don't know me and i don't know you, unless you've been following my every movement since birth i think it's time to cut the bullshit.

:whistling:

How about staying up until 5 am to watch that disgraceful performance from us?

Do that every week.

One day we wont have a crap ref and a dodgy slippy penatly spot that only our player find at the wrong time..and volia we'll win it..and something will happen the trophy falls apart or something

Bounce back Sunday.Win that.Heck win two away games in a row,go back to being top and focus

You wish. We better not rely on the ref in CL next season and take our chances from open play.

Nah we had chances. Not amazling great ones but had chances.Inter defence however gotta give them credit.Orgainsed knew what they were doing.Score or keep a clean sheet either way they were through

We did a bloody City!!Fell apart and now look back think 'lets not do that again' and trash Blackburn Sunday

Thank God it's only 7 hours slower than Europe here so I don't have to stay that late every weekend. :P

Yeah, I mean score from our chances properly. Anelka SHOULD have really put one in the net in the 1st half.

Drogba hasn't been in such a good shape lately. Hope that doesn't break us up at the end of the season. The advantage of this loss is that we'll have more preparation time for games than Arsenal & United have, who are still in the CL.

About the Players:

Turnbull; Had a decent game, againt not much to do, couldn't really have done something about the goal. He has proved me wrong in many ways, looks like he has got the talent after all despite we haven't seen much of him.

Zhirkov: Was pretty invisible, but could have had played a lot worse after his recent injury. Didn't bring as much as i hoped for though, his attacking wasn't amazing. Did make a very good block though wich saved us earlier in the game!

Alex: Didn't see him make a mistake in defence, only a bit stupid yellow card imo. He didn't fail his defensive tasks, so i think we can't complain about his display.

Terry: Really behaved like a good captain, was all over the field to defend our players when decissions went against them. Als his defensive display was solid, and together with Alex formed a good parntership in central defence tonight (despite conceding one, maybe not good enough?)

Ivanovic: He was really poor this game. Didn't show up in attack, struggled to defence the Inter players down the left hand side. And ofcourse he was the marker of Eto'o with the goal. Although it was a great ball from Sneijder, he should have picked his position better (play offside or get behind your man, not 50/50 like this...).

Malouda: Had a good last 15 minutes of the first half. Second half also a few good moments, but for the remainder of the game he didnt really excelled imo. Looks like we have the Maloude back from Lyon, wich we thoughy we buyed back then.

Mikel: Dont know about him. Im pretty sure that if Essien would have been on the pitch, Sneijder wouldn't have been given so much time and space. Maybe it's not fair to compare him to Essien, but hey, that's the standard we are used to aren't we?

Ballack: Had a good shot at goal in first half, not exactly a spectacular game from him (wich you also dont expect from him). But when he got subbed our game fell apart! Before that i felt like winning/scoring/progressing, but when Ballack came off, something went wron in our play. All of a sudden Inter dominated!!

Lampard: Didnt bring anything special to the team tonight, although he was pretty active around the box and made enough runs to create something and pick up the ball.

Anelka: Wasnt at his best either. Should have scored, had a few good balls and passes. But that's not what we should expect from him. Anelka is a player with great qualities but again he didnt showed them tonight wich was very disappointing.

Drogba: Again did look a little not sharp at times. He hasnt had that edge he had in the first part of the seaon. Hope it returns soon because we need him in the remainder of the seaon.

If your comments on the forum are based on what you're like in real life, I'd say you're a complete twat.

If you're saying you're not like this away from the forum and completely different.........then I'd say you were a complete twat.

In summary......You're a complete twat :tophat:

:goodpost:

I think Malouda and Zhirkov got totally owned by Maicon.:pwned:

Our defense has been much worse this season but we looked like we didn't have any plan in our attack.

Both our Subs were invisible.

no, no, no, accoring to king tx, a non-glory hunting dedicated fan. ww We must moan about a trophyless season. We may still be in the pl and fa cup, but it is well known that psychic tx knows we will lose the pl, and the fa cup is not a big enough brand for Chelsea ltd.
