BleedsBlue 1,549
One thing is for sure.Even if Chelsea part ways with him,he won't be short of any suitors and wont need to manage relegation battling sides.A top job will await for him.

Krypt 241
I still don't think he will get it even if we win both cups. I don't think Roman will trust him to lead the club forward. I think RDM has done a great job brining this group of players back together but long term i just don't see it..

I think RDM has done a great job brining this group of players back together but long term i just don't see it..Well if we do manage to win BOTH cups, then RDM getting the job full time should be a certainty. If he doesn't get the job..and we end up with someone average like Laurent Blanc, then that'll be a disgrace. The only other manager capable of handling the Chelsea role is Jose Mourinho & he's already said that he wants to stay at least 1 more year at Madrid.. But from Romans moves in the past sometimes there not logical , i think he would prefer a more experienced manager.

RamiCFC9 258
An interview with Capello he says he wants to come back to England and manage a top team.I think its good idea Capello for 2 years, RDM his assistant, then he can step up as our main man or we bring JOSE back. CHOULO19 24,332
To make one thing clear: Roberto is not going to go back to being an assistant, not after what he has achieved with the club in so little time. If we do decide to replace him, there will be offers flooding in for him.

Manuf 1,448
I felt he was too left out. Players should celebrate with him and he just stood behind their backs.

Manuf 1,448
I had the same feeling, but ...Ye, I just realized it but my coverage rather wanted to show some fatass in Liverpool shirt in the studio instead of showing celebrations. Wankers.
captainjt26 106
If Robbie wins the CL Final he has to get the job , Abramovich has to realise what DiMatteo has done in such a short space of time is extraordinary . He got the £50M Torres playing something AVB couldnt do ! , a CL final i cant believe we are there and the guy just won a FA cup ...he has to stay on as gaffer. Players should celebrate with him and he just stood behind their backs.I had the same feeling, but ...from the on pitch celebrations that I saw RDM was quite reserved - maybe he wanted to savor moment - not every day a guy who played for CFC in 2 FA Cup Finals gets to coach the Blues to victory in one as well - simply amazing - I will say it again, Mr. Abramovich give him the JOB!!! bababoom 4,478
We have to give him another year, he's deserved it. He's a very likeable guy, and we all know he's a true blue.Whatever happens in the CL final, i want him to be our manager next season.
Kojo 4,676
He has been fantastic, against all the odds too. When he first took the job would you ever of guessed we would of made it this far?, no way on earth you wouldn't, and we've only lost 2 premier league games. In the space of 6 days we beat Spurs 5-1, Barcelona 1-0, drew 0-0 with Arsenal (and with having our B team, plus we were the better side and should of had a penalty for Bertrand). Blue-in-me-Veins 4,067
Don't want him as our manager, hopefully capello. He's won everywhere he's gone!! Why can't RDM leave on a high, his legacy would be in great shape and no one would question him. But noooo let's vie him full time job and see us thorugh this MASSIVE SUMMER window, ehh no. Have nothing against him, but we need experience people, this core is not Going be able to last full year!! Look what happened this year, they practically played last 3/4 months of season, before that it was everybody else. I want RDM to leave on this high becuz after he WINS UCL, he would definitely deserve a statue of him on the pillars of the new Battersea once we make it final; whitch indeed I think we will. Drogba quote after FA CUP WIN ( after all records by JT, and him and club) "I think we should change our names to history makers!" hahahahahaha classic, next sig after UCL FINAL!!
