:goodpost: well said mate. Begovic is a good keeper... i have high hopes for Delac, i'd like to see him recalled and given a chance... it won't happen as maybe the club thinks he needs a tad more experience first.

If Arsenal go for him there is a 99% chance he'll go there - simply because he'll be first choice, simple as that. The fact of the matter is he'd be number two to the Premier League's second-best goalkeeper at Chelsea, much like he is number two to another of the league's best in Sorenson.

The reason Delac isn't in our squad is because he is too young. It is much more beneficial to Chelsea to have him playing in the Dutch league for a season or 2 before coming into our squad to push Cech. Rhys Taylor also doing well on loan at Crewe, and Sam Walker is a top prospect too....

Delac is 18, most goalkeepers play until they're 40, no need to rush Delac's development and put unnecessary pressure on him.

I really don't care about Delac but getting a reliable backup goalkeeper is a must for the team now
