Very good news.

He is a legend ! I love him and his way to wear his heart on his tongue.

As many problems he might have caused, i don´t care.

Just go on and destroy Liverpool and Arsenal on your own, and start to score against United on a regular basis.

hopefully anelka's contract wont be extended..

Drogba is a legend so i don't see why not, but two 30+ strikers is just too much considering Anelka only scores against mid table and relegation fearing teams.

A bit harsh don't you think? Anelka has been solid to say the least! I think he has a minimum 2-3 years at the top.

Oh really ????

Portsmouth, Man City, Bordeaux X2, Hull, Sunderland X4, Blackburn X3 , West Brom X2, Bolton, West Ham, Southend, Watford X3, Aston Villa, Fulham, and Arsenal.

I highlighted the teams I would reguard as sub standard. There are no easy games in the EPL with a few exceptions. You can only score against what ever is put in front of you. He said himself that he was in the best form of his life.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the whole team as a whole didnt do too well against teams you would consider....top of the table quality.

Completely agree. Anyone who scores 25 goals for a top-flight club in a season more than deserves a contract extension.

Yeh ok mate... Your an idiot!

Relax....no need to get all touchy...Half the members on this forum have been frustrated with your -ve jibes at Ancelotti and the Clubs chances. This was a welcome relief.

And stay clear of personal remarks........dont fuck around over here.

Warnie, you really terrify me rolleyes.gif ........Fortunatly unlike some, when i make a negative remark about something, I am not doing it to frustrate people. I truly believe in everything i write. The internet was made so people could express their "freedom of speech". If you don't like the comments, don't read them.

The last time i checked, my name comes up before my message. So from now on, skip past it! I couldn't care less if somebody like you agree's, disagree's or gets frustrated with my comments. I will keep posting what a feel!

We most certainly do. I really think that playing with two strikers will bring the best out of Didier once again. Whilst he excels as a lone striker, with a second attacker alongside him, he has the option of flicking the ball to him, or peeling away and taking the shot - afterall, a second striker is something for the defence to think about. When Sheva played up top with him, Shevchenko's reputation meant that he always had a defender peel away with him, giving Didier space. Even though he didn't have the best of times, Sheva, as a second striker, was always a threat to the defence and this meant the defence gave Drogba less attention that they should have. I think the same will happen this year - the defences will be worried about 25-goal Nicolas Anelka, giving Drogba more time on the ball. Cue mass lip-licking at the prospect...
