The Big Drog 1,110
Delighted ! You can probably tell by my username I am a huge fan of Drogba's , this guy has been the main man at Chelsea now in terms of the attack for years and now he can be the main man for years to come. Term-X 7,891
hopefully anelka's contract wont be extended..Drogba is a legend so i don't see why not, but two 30+ strikers is just too much considering Anelka only scores against mid table and relegation fearing teams. diskoviolente 425
Very good news.He is a legend ! I love him and his way to wear his heart on his tongue. As many problems he might have caused, i don´t care.Just go on and destroy Liverpool and Arsenal on your own, and start to score against United on a regular basis. Anelka has been solid to say the least! I think he has a minimum 2-3 years at the top. Edited August 6, 2009 by gary gordon
Shane 2,275
Excellent news, Hopefully we have a clause in it to say if he acts like a fucking idiot on TV again we can sell him.
BlueLion. 21,491
The TV broadcasters saw he was obviously pissed, they could have simply turned the cameras off. I don't think he acted like a moron anyway, its how hundreds of thousands of people worldwide felt.
Aesthetic Relic 301
considering Anelka only scores against mid table and relegation fearing teams.Oh really ????Portsmouth, Man City, Bordeaux X2, Hull, Sunderland X4, Blackburn X3 , West Brom X2, Bolton, West Ham, Southend, Watford X3, Aston Villa, Fulham, and Arsenal.I highlighted the teams I would reguard as sub standard. There are no easy games in the EPL with a few exceptions. You can only score against what ever is put in front of you. He said himself that he was in the best form of his life.Correct me if I'm wrong, but the whole team as a whole didnt do too well against teams you would consider....top of the table quality. Anyone who scores 25 goals for a top-flight club in a season more than deserves a contract extension.
