Back in the day - start of avbs spurs reign. He and sandro were one of the best midfields. Didn't last long though.

I don't think he is terrible at all , good dribbling and crisp passing. There are countless better options out there, but I wouldn't complain, as long as we brought a top midfielder too.

We need more goals in this team, Costa, Remy, Hazard and an in form Oscar aside our biggest goal threats are in defence, we have enough decent enough player's with no goals in them, we don't need another, not as a starter anyway and if we are going for a squad filler I prefer Song.

Hmm Dembele is a decent player - I think it's hard to shine in the Spuds team

He's a Mou kinda player - big, strong, easily holds the ball - him and Matic would definitely be a decent pairing - leaving Cesc, Oscar and maybe Wllian to battle out the no.10 role.

He can also shoot from outside the box - something we have been lacking

I kinda like our approach of maybe signing a few cheap players, dusting then down and bringing them back to form.

Yes we have lots of cash at the moment - but if the proposed stadium development goes ahead - our capacity will be massively reduced, making it harder to balance the books...
