Caicedo

That's it. Every other player has a big question mark over them (hit or miss) or is just outright obviously bad

No wonder this GK has barely played - dreadful. Like playing an outfield player in goal - no goalkeeping skills whatsoever, genuinely rather have Sanchez back

Directors need to go for sure

Personally think Maresca can do a good job if they stop sabotaging him, but understand why others would want him gone - just be careful what you wish for, it wont get any better with any manager that will come here.

Thing is it will if we sack him and get a new manager all be fine  and then the new manager will hit a rough spot and then it'll carry on..then they'll get sacked..and someone else come in and round and round and round it goes and has been for a long time! 

Still..this was something else!!! 0 shots on target..0 clue...those poor fans esp if went last week

So now the board and directors are telling Maresca to play that badly on the pitch?   Somehow the team look visibly worse in the 2nd half of most games, after getting instructions from Maresca (the great Championship level manager).

The board listened to the manager, he didn't want Chilwell, loaned, he didn't want Disasi, loaned, he didn't want Felix, loaned.

But why? They're not children who need instructions for every move they make and told what to do and not do..how can they not play as a team. It's the slowwww pace. It's the mehhh it's the fuck up in defence. Players making mistake after mistake. Obs gotta look at the manager to but when they keep making stupid errors..

Last season..season before that.. season before that. It's been the same story and nothing is changing. We're gone from being a competing side anymore.

Brighton aren't getting enough credit however! Somehow it was only 3 thought be more 

 Few months ago we were flying and now flying down at this rate.

Point is this is the 3rd year and so far they have brought in only garbage/average managers, not even one good manager failed at this club because no good manager wants to accept this shit project, so they are left with hiring these not so good ones in hope of one turning good.

I am here 100% saying the board should go my man

They have done a shit job with endless decisions, endless money wasted

Personally think Maresca is the best of the managers we've had since Tuchel and no one out there is any better - that will want to work here - while we have this situation with the directors, and the strategy for the club. They know what will happen to them - the same shit will happen on the field, they'll get blamed, and be out. 

If we sack him because - somehow - we've got one of the world's elite managers willing to come here, and the strategy is changing and the directors are all being replaced - great. But otherwise, we may as well just stick with him - he is in my opinion the least of our problems.

They are children, when you think about it.    

• Sancho had a fight with his manager at United and said he wouldn't play for them again, then somehow United offloaded him to us,
• Nkunku wanted out the whole window (was begging Bayern Munich to take him) and now he's starting again
• We had to beg Crystal Palace to cancel Chalobah's loan deal as we had no other CB's available other than Disasi
• Enzo - Caicedo is one of the worst midfield pairings out there.   No wonder why Poch put Gallagher-Caicedo together, at least they would run around like crazy.
• We're swapping goalkeepers for fun half way through the season, i don't see our rivals doing that...unless their GK is injured.

made the right choice (great Valentines Day with wifey) and missed this shitshow

we are so fucked, we are weak and so young (no leadership) across the board

no even remotely decent CF now until April

our back 4 is diabolical

we are overrun in MF almost every game

and our wingers are shit

cannot see us getting top 5 atm (and may drop out of all the European slots)

so it may well all come down to winning the Conference League to even get Europa League next season

we are going to end up selling Palmer at this rate (when I do not know) as he will not want to play with no CL (perhaps after next season IF we fail thsi year and next to get into the CL)

shambolic board, Maresca is out of his depth with this lot as well
