Starting to really appreciate Jackson now, without him we offer nothing going forward, still not sold on palmer as a 10 ancho gets worse every game, Neto runs and runs and runs and that’s it, endorsing I’m sorry but what does he actually do? Keeps are both dire and our 2 centre half’s are fucking clueless, anyone else feel we were now riding the poch wave until the managers tactics kicked in and we went to shit?

The young squad isnt an apology for Maresca! Look in Barcelona with what squad Flick plays, but they play football not some shit slow sideway ball passing..

when there was talk of a title fight, maresca didn't know how to handle the situation. the break coincided with his statements saying that the management didn't tell him to fight for the top 4.

Why was there even a title talk? We were never going to compete long term..seemed a way to create headlines then be awwww damn Chelsea can't compete..

We're down to 6th atm..

Gusto bringing the truth hammer.

—————-

Gusto accuses Chelsea of lacking desire

It’s now two wins in their last nine league games and Chelsea are in a slump they seemingly have no idea how to get out of.

The Blues will drop out of the top four if results go against them over the weekend, and they face a real uphill battle to qualify for the Champions League.

Maresca will no doubt be coming under increased pressure, although Gary Neville believes the pressure should be on those above the manager.

It was another performance where Chelsea looked bereft of ideas, and it appeared Brighton were hungrier to get the win.

Gusto spoke after the game and admitted the Blues weren’t good enough, but worryingly accepted Brighton had more desire than them.

“As a team we were very disappointing tonight,” he told the Premier League as cited on X.com.

“They had more desire to win than us and we need to do better in the next game because it will be important for us to stay in the top four – that is the target.”

That's what don't get! Stepped it up after last weekend by being even worse which didn't think they could be..surely can't get worse against Villa..sure they'll find a way though

the worst part is, they came to stamford bridge earlier in the season and they were all over the place and within a few weeks, their manager has turned it around and dominated us in the cup and the premier league.

Feel like Maresca is getting worse with his tactics as the season goes on.

Villa will easily score 2-3 against us
