Johnson isn't the greatest option out there, he is vastly overrated because he plays for City imo. Would take Victor Moses or Scott Sinclair(doubt we'd get him back anyway) ahead of him any day.

I agree that there are probably better options out there...but a I'll take a pacy, English winger with ball and finishing skills any day (for what seems to be his relative value)

Sinclair is an average player at best. Has done well for Swansea but hasn't exactly set the world alight in the Premier League.

If Johnson was good enough he would be playing every week at City ahead of Nasri who has been very very average since signing for them... and if he was good enough why would City be after Hazard who will probably be used on the wing as they have SIlva for CAM? Please explain... yes they want to improve their squad but if Johnson was Chelsea quality at least wouldn't he not be good enough to have a decent amount of games for City?

A lot of English players are overrated just for the fact they are English. The fact that Capello rated Downing higher than him in the national team shows that he really isn't great...

I think Capello thing has to do with because Downing is a starter, and Adam not.

Any team rather take a person that is playing games.

As stated before the lack of game for Adam for me at City has to do with Mancini.

Messi can score from close range, score from a distance, chip the keeper, take free kicks, pass, lay off, head the ball (surprisingly). But I suppose AJ can do that too.
