the wes 7,212
Chelsea are ready to open talks with Inter Milan over a permanent deal for Ricardo Quaresma. The London Evening Standard says Quaresma joined Chelsea on loan for the rest of the season in January after struggling to settle at the Italian club. The 25-year-old set up the winning goal for Didier Drogba against Portsmouth and also crossed for Alex to score the second in the win at Coventry. The Portuguese international, who is ineligible to play against Juventus in the Champions League tomorrow night because he is cup-tied, has also settled in quickly with his new team-mates and is highly-rated in the dressing room. diskoviolente 425
Sounds good, i think. He is pacey, can cross the ball and picked up the English game really quick.
Steve 10,227
I think it would be a good idea to sign him, every time he has played he has showed great attitude and has actually come back to defend, maybe hes not that good at it but at least he tracked back. He is still young and i said a couple of days ago i think him and drogba have a real eye for each other on the field and i think they can form a great partnership! Aesthetic Relic 301
Hes definately hit the ground running. Not many players can come into the EPL and pick the pace up straight away.
Elliott 7
At the moment he's looked like a decent little player but I wouldn't be in a rush to sign him until the end of the season because who knows how he might turn out.

misschief 24
Never liked Quaresma as a person but he's done nothing out of order so far and I love the service he gives from the wing. We could do a lot worse than signing him permanently.

Steve 10,227
But if we continue to look at every winger being like that, "look at malouda he was was great at start now look at him" we are never going to find someone good enough to replace the ones we have now because we will not be signing with risk. With any player there is risk that they could flop but if we don't sign them in the first place how will we ever know?

Yes but at the same time if we sign wingers on evidence of 3 games in a new league we are bound to fail.
HeRo 0
Daco has been player of the month in august now look at him. It seem that lot of players are good from begining than they just fade away. Only time will tell
