Same old shit, we won't change and its on Poch the way we play the same every time, not saying for a second he don't have some squad issues but he;s not hard enough, he is not a winner and our young squad are never going to learn to become winners under him, clown is happy getting to a final and losing it - he should have been gone ages ago, give someone better a free few months to learn the squad for improvement next season, we are screwed under him.

I don't know for sure it is Poch's fault (who knows what he teaches them or what the instructions are) but I am so done with it. 

We can't make possession count, like City-Arsenal do.
