manpe 10,861
Hahah I don't know why Manpe but that really made me laugh. Why did you even ask him that ? Lol.Lol, wasn't trying to be funny though. Sure he looks like George Clooney and all, but I'm just not sure how somebody can know that he trains hard everyday and has a brilliant influence on youngsters unless they are there to see him regularly. Maybe he's actually a silent cunt behind the scenes?
CHOULO19 24,332
Yesterday must have been the first 90 mins he played in years! Still put in a decent shift, especially in the first half when he kept Boro's left side quite.
DH1988 1,348
Chelsea's Tony Hibbert! Great Servant to the club.
BlueLion. 21,491
Can't fault his performance at all, in truth. A couple of occasions his passing was poor and he also jumped into a couple of tackles which he had no chance of winning, meaning he was running the chance of getting a yellow. But an overall competent showing.

English Freak 456
Ferreira is the type of player every manager would love to have in the team.Would be great to see him in some sort of a coaching role for Chelsea....in a few years time.. EBH 283
Paulo is my favourite. I used to play right defensa, so he was always person I look up to and want to copy. I will be very sad when he left. OneMoSalah

LDN Blue 7,903
Is he working on his badge? Him becoming Jose's assistant It's amazing how we have Zenden as a coach, but he doesn't have any badges yet & he's not allowed to sit in the dugout. Then we have Paulo who's a player, but not really because he's a translator instead... Peace.

CHOULO19 24,332
Don't go there Coulo Haha can you honestly say that that statement is not correct? Every one of our defenders has had a patch in this season when he was terrible except for Paulo. Give the man a 5-year extension!

Magic Lamps 11,692
He is finally gonna leave...A little sad, cos he has been such a loyal servant for so long, but no one should have given such a rapidly declining player a 6 year deal, so I am rather relieved. Hope the club don't fuck this up and get some decent replacement. Simply make Todd Kane or Wallace or anyone from the youth 2nd option. I do not give a fuck if they would benefit more from a loan or shit. We develop these players for them to play for us so we do not have to buy others. Azpilicueta is EXTREMELY overworked, and almost all of his bad performances can be attributed to absolute fatigue. He hustles all game long and doing 2 games a week for several weeks is doing him more harm than good. From what I've seen of Kalas he's more than ready to handle our capital one/bottom table opponents, and with our 60 + game schedules, he could easily see 20-25 games a year as well as training with the team, and Ivanovic could always be a cover if one got injured. I kind of like the idea of Kalas competing with Azpi for minutes. The only sad thing is they are both such quality young RB's that I'd hate to see one hold back the other, although I think it would be good for the season and free.....I'll stop derailing the thread. BlueLion. 21,491
Should be allowed to join our coaching set-up under Mourinho. A Chelsea icon - I dislike using legend tags too frequently, and despite being a long-serving player who has won many trophies with us, is he really on par with Cech, Terry, Lampard and Drogba as the legends of the past generation? - and an all-round professional and nice guy. Got a lot of time for Paulo. diskoviolente and Thendo
