Funkyflashman 187
Moyes is top choice if we don't get Jose for mehttp://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21473409
Leif 6,006
MOYES. JOSE. PELLEGRINI. ANY OF THOSE 3 AND I WILL JIZZ.I personally feel though that Manchester City would be best for Moyes. I genuinely could see him creating a proper legacy there which would (unfortunately) elevate Manchester City quite a bit higher than us in terms of 'big clubs' within a decade. Magic Lamps 11,692
Pellegrini is just another average manager like Rafa just with less trophies. There are far too many managers like Juande Ramos, Bisela, Hecking, Slomka that once had a succesful spell and now they got a reputation they do not necessarily deserve cos no one knows which factors played a role in their success back then. Doubt we will actually take him, but with our board you never know. I'd have Jose over anyone, Moyes 2nd and a former player like Poyet third as we will never get Kloppo and I am sure he would flop here, cos his ideas would need long to bear fruit, too long for Roman at least. Hutcho 8,443
Jose is the dream and the return of the special one would be for want of a better word, "special". But Moyes would be great as well. Tbh, anyone who is not rafa will get my full backing and i can't wait for the day rafa leaves the club... CHOULO19 24,332
Not sure if this has been posted, but according to Peelegrini's agent, we made an inquiry for him: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/feb/15/chelsea-malaga-manuel-pellegrini?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+theguardian%2Ffootball%2Frss+%28Football%29I'd take Pellegrini. Good manager whose style suite our current players. His lack of experience in English football is the down side.
Laylabelle 9,536
I like Moyles be a shame to come here and mess up with he had with Everton...Just any manager we get a bit hmmmmm thats nice how long till they get the flick sorta thing.I'd take a decent manager and the backing from the board for them...for once be nice..And I didnt hate Rafa...peed off at the board for their decison and sacking etc which has been complelty the wrong one! What he said aside he's just shit really..can win the odd game but loose or throw away 2-0 leads to draw the the rest that aint anything to be proud off
Leif 6,006
Pellegrini has been in management for what, 3 decades? He turned Villarreal (remember them?) into pretenders, so much so that casual fans were like "WHAT THE FUCK?!" when they eventually got relegated. They never should have been as good as he made them. Oh and look at Malaga. How are they doing in the CL this season? A bit better than us, I must say. He uses a 4-2-3-1 formation really well and has implemented 4-4-2's into his teams too which I've loved watching. However, with that said, all his managerial tenures have been in typically hot climates which somehow seems to coincide with a slower tempo than the PL. I believe he's great though. I truly do. He just really does understand the game like few current managers seem to show.

I mean Mourinho aside (don't think he is an option) who is better and available for us?

I think he was very hard done by at Real Madrid, the politics he had to deal with was silly.
Ollie 4,400
I don't want Moyes. With the players we have, Moyes wont suit us and the players wont suit him. Moyes would suit Man Utd more than us.
Leif 6,006
Maybe we loaned Piazon to Malaga to entice them into selling Isco to us, so that he'd fit into the team with Pellegrini's eventual arrival, hm?

English Freak 456
Dont think Pellegrini is Chelsea quality.Moyes would of been a good choice in the past...but with our current players, I don't see Moyes doing well at Chelsea..That leaves Jose Mourinho as the only real option...
