He showed that at Wigan last year.he has pace ,,,can dribble ,, shoot and cross ,,,not Messi or Ronaldo but a better winger than we currently have
Madmax 9,219
watch him in a team that play football...Wigan didn't play golf last year.he has pace ,,,can dribble ,, shoot and cross ,,,at Championship level. He failed horribly when given a season in the Premier League. He's a decent player of course, but not good enough for us. Tough we should have looked to get more than the 500k we got for him. Ollie 4,400
I agree he has great ability but i also agree he isn't premiership level, at least not atm. Not sure why really, defenders in the prem aint gonna let him run past em all like championship players will. I would like him to play for a team like West Ham, WBA, Fulham, Villa etc. Established premier teams who do try n play football. Maybe he'll come to the prem with Swansea, ya never know. Just something about his mentality, he played for us a few times, just didn't seem confident about his own ability but he was an immature teen back then, maybe he's grown up and can do it. There's no doubting his ability, same with Kakuta. Edited April 9, 2011 by OllieCFC

HRiver 1,512
I agree on Zhirkov, but it's rather funny how some people have never heard of the word update either

Madmax 9,219
I'll eat my socks if this guy is still on the roster next year. Isn't it just wonderful how he his performances pick up as soon as a transfer window approaches?

LDN Blue 7,903
I hate to toot my own horn...When Malouda settles down & stops trying to shoot - thus work for the team, we'll all laugh at this thread Let's not ignore what we know he can do when on form. Ref: Last season.Nah, I'm just kidding - He owes us a few more consistent performances before we accept his return yet
