When Chelsea backed out of the Endrick deal I was like WTF? Going for Estevao is looking better.

He's 18 and plays in one of the most contested positions in football... not to mention fighting for spots with the likes of Mbappe, Vini, and Rodrygo. Don't think Estevao would be getting too many minutes in that situ either. Too soon to rule him out.

Weird move. He's already 19, and I'd rather have him playing in a more competitive league--VISA problems?

Chelsea close to agreeing Josh Acheampong deal

The Athletic reported last week (22 October) that Acheampong will not play for any of Chelsea’s first team or development sides until he agrees a new deal.

The 18-year-old, who has made two senior appearances for the club, is under contract at Stamford Bridge until June 2026.

According to The Times (22 October), Chelsea have been left “bewildered” by the situation as they believed a new deal had been agreed with the defender – who has been linked with Liverpool.

Chelsea close to agreeing Acheampong deal, says Wyness

Wyness claimed the Blues are closing in on a more “graduated” contract deal.

“I am hearing rumours that Chelsea are getting much closer to a deal.

“That would be the best solution for everybody.

“Acheampong is supposed to be a great talent, but perhaps his agent was stretching for too much money, too young.

💬Chelsea have sealed the deal to loan Kendry Paez to their sister club (Strasbourg) to help him gain experience in European football, according to a source close to the deal.🗯

Hope this is a joke, Disasi should be told immediately his career is finished.

insane if we keep Disasi

he is my least favourite Chels player

even worse than Badi, Sanchez, and Muddy (who I do not detest, I just am disappointed far too often with the lad)

Fabrizio said the deal was wrapped and even his father confirmed, we just backed out of the deal because they felt it's to much money.

I do not believe that (not you, I do not believe Fab was correct there)

Who does City depend on to win tackle in the middle? That's why they will win once again even without Rodri (who's not a Caicedo player either).

They are completely different team without him. Maybe 50% worse.

They've looked pretty average this season without Rodri in midfield and KDB doing his usual magic passes for the attackers.

Don't think that's the only thing hurting them atm, but my point earlier wasn't how important Rodri is, but how City does not employ a ball-winning Caicedo type. City have won the league plenty without both Rodri and without Haaland--they just don't employ a ball-winning mid type.
