Poch did again mention this morning the idea that he wants the attacking signing to be “PL ready.” Who knows if that means figuratively (as in he wants someone physically strong enough to fit into the PL right away) or if he literally means he wants someone who already in the PL.

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has offered himself to ‘everyone’ in his attempts to find a new club before the window closes, including AC Milan.

There is one week until the end of the market and several teams still have to offload the players who are not deemed a part of their plans, and this situation applies to Lukaku who seems to be on the way out of Chelsea.

As reported by Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), the lawyer Ledure – who represents the Belgian striker – approached Juventus, but without Dusan Vlahovic’s involvement in the operation the deal is struggling to take off.

Milan were offered the former Inter striker too, but they have no intention of welcoming such a character in the dressing room because of the fear it could upset the baalnce.

Roma are the latest club to have been offered Lukaku’s services. The operation is only possible, however, via a loan formula (which at the moment is excluded by the English club) and with his €12m salary partly covered.

Nice. No chance that we can panic buy him now. Now we have to hope we don’t do something equally as stupid and pay £40-50m for Brennan Johnson.

Feels like one by one the creative/attacking targets we’ve been linked to are going elsewhere. Which is positive in my eyes because it could actually make the Cherki move likely.

If Chelsea agree to sending Romelu Lukaku out on loan again this summer, other clubs such as PSG or Barcelona could also come in for him.

AS Roma would be open to taking Romelu Lukaku on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy — they would also cover 100% of his wages. Chelsea would still prefer to sell him this summer.

Just fuck him off to Roma for the season loan with an obligation to buy. That's as good as selling him anyways. Anything to get rid of that poisonous worm.
