At the moment, we have a lot of small/slight technical players which is one of the main reasons we get easily overpowered at times. The squad as a whole is lacking in size and pace so it is not illogical for people wanting to see nee signings bring this to the table. For instance who in the squad is actually quick? I would say CHO, Tomori and maybe Zouma and that is about it.
