LDN Blue 7,903
Chelsea wouldn't face "fan backlash", they'd face "fan's acceptance". It'd be a bold-move in the right direction for Drogba to leave Chelsea, especially on the high of this potentially historical season. Kieran. 6,317
I'd be okay with a one year deal, but it'd be better if he left.
capriccioso 2,545
I think this may be a sign that he's staying; according to the Mail he was at the Megastore signing new shirts with Drogba on the back. It would be rather stupid if the club sold Drogba shirts knowing full well he'll be off.

petr.breu 1,618
......Great arguments...It might be surprising for you, but there are people who would like someone else in Chelsea than Torres... I like him, he's nice guy, I always standing behind him, I want him successful in Chelsea, but I would prefer one more year for Drogba and buying new striker (Falcao)...For me Torres looks like he isn't part of team...And the last thing, I fucking love Didier Drogba...But if Torres stay and Drogba go, I will be 100% behind Nando... English Freak 456
Because the club is not going to go OTT in paying the wages for a player. So we're not going to spend OTT in wages...well last time I checked, Torres & Aguero earn similar amounts of money. Jase 43,479
Well by that last post, I meant not paying over 200K for a player's wage.
