Spurs more attractive.....

So apparently because some mediocre players didnt want to join us, we have become less attractive than Spurs. 

The English media is full of idiots, literally idiots. We didnt bid for Llorente. Plus we rarely give anyone over 30 more than a year contract. 

Any player who chooses Spurs over Chelsea, clearly has a screw lose. We are better than them at everything except putting pressure on.

We never had an agreement with Swansea. Ox wanted to play as a midfielder and he rejected us knowing he wouldn't be a starter in that position here. Barkley probably felt the same, that he would only come here to be a squad player at best. If anything this is flattery. Those players think so highly of us that they swallow their pride and realize they're not good enough for us then turn to other teams (Liverpool,Tottenham).

Over the years and probably for more to come, we attracted top players. Even in this window someone like Sandro was willing to come here and leave a champions league finalist.

The truth is, we lost transfer targets because of our unwillingness to pay the demanded fees. We would rather negotiate and waste time until eventually another team comes and splashes the cash.

The media's anti-Chelsea agenda at its best. They have been constantly focusing on the players that supposedly rejected us in the transfer window and conveniently not mentioned any of the players that chose us over others (e.g. Bakayoko). Hell, we even attracted a multiple time La Liga, Champions League and Serie A winner but guess that doesn't fit into their agenda.

I blame our board for this trash English media is evangelizing....our main target for rwb role Danilo...we lost out because we refused to pay the transfer fee we rather want to negotiate the fee till City came onboard and pay the fee....Ox and Barkley are average English players at best though they have great qualities that could see them become good players in the future...Had it been we pay the transfer fee for danilo we wont be interested in Ox while barkley could see the handwriting far fro afar off that he wont be a member of the starting XI cos there are far more better players in his preferred position.. Llorente m not even a fan of his...

Didn't see much evidence of that a couple of weeks ago despite having 70,000 fans in the ground compared to our 3,000. A team that's won fuck all in the past 25 years apart from a couple of league cups. Shit fans, shit club, shit area.

Spurs are more attractive than Chelsea 😂😂 that's just like saying Susan Boyle is more attractive than Megan Fox the media are clueless

Maybe for the british player, It looks like they want to play with their friends or something like that.

Ox want to play for pool and Barkley want to play for spurs.

Yes, but Spurs aren't even in for most of these players.  

As for Llorente, if he had come, would Bats have hit a growth spurt?
