Yup it says, in red crayon

''Sold to Marina one Alvaro Morata, he's really good, honest. Bang on. Not average at All. No refunds or Exchanges.''

Bugga! Not even as unused damaged goods?

Did we keep his receipt?

I don't think Costa would be a perfect fit for this system.

I look at a guy like Lacazette though and see someone who would have thrived in this system. Strong, technical and has speed to him.

I'm easy as long as he can chuck a few goals in.

I do still think Zola will get thru to Morata but just hope its sooner rather than later cause Sarri right now seems convinced in him.

I agree but don't think there's no hope for Morata, wouldn't say they are completely opposites.

Lacazette is a great player though and everyone just thinks all he can do is score goals too, he always seems to know where to move, how to create space for himself, when to drop off and when to go in behind defences. Pity we never looked at him prior to moving to Arsenal he could have been a great alternative.

Hopefully he improves on his finishing this season.

Hes on the side of bad finishers but easy chances. And is at the rock bottom of it along with the terrible Benteke, not good enough.

It means one thing though, hes getting chances which after the countless Torres comparisons on the last 10 or 20 pages, is ironic because Torres didn't get chances.

He'll get a few chances today I think, I've actually got a bet on him to score so lets see how that pans out haha.

I don't think he had a fantastic game today. Sure, decent first half (finally he scored a 1v1 chance) but the second? Below par. I can't think of any impact he did in the second half.

Yeah I'd agree, but for his 75 minutes he did well.

Second half he wasn't great but he didn't have any clear cut opportunities and I think we took the foot off the gas a bit but still, like I said, room for improvement, had a decent effort from outside the box saved by Cech (anyone who watched him at Madrid know what he can capable of from 20 yards out so hopefully see a bit more of that too). Newcastle next in the league I believe? So hopefully see something similar if not better, I think it will build his confidence.

He needs to up his game throughout.

Second half was different because Arsenal packed the box and Cech had upped his game.

Honestly, when we went into half time at 2-2, I could see that happening, and never really thought we could get anything more, if not for a bit of magic from Hazard.

He was great in the first half because we utilized his strengths - pace and skill - against that high defensive line. Second half wasn't that great because Arsenal dropped deeper to limit the space and we kept playing balls onto his feet, which we know isn't going to work out well at this point, against physical defenders. No doubt he needs to improve obviously.
