The nerve on this guy!!!

lol, KImmich accounted for 20 goals produced just this one season

2 goals, 18 assists

last year 23 goals produced, 6 and 17

and 2 years ago 11, 9 goals and 2 assists (and he played less than half a full seasons minutes)

3 years (really 2 and a half)  totals...... 54 goals accounted for

17 goals, 37 assists

PLUS

Kimmich is the best defensive fullback on the planet

Alonso is probably the worst defensive starting fullback at any top 30 club, hell maybe top 50

IMO Kimmich is still not a RB. he only starts there bc Bayern is the very best team in the BuLi. He is a midfielder, if he signed for an English or Spanish side he would play there.

He’d definitely work in Liverpool’s system, and he’d probably be used at RB for City as well, though in aware Pep originally used him in midfield. At Barce he would definitely start at RB over what they have. He still has a good record for Germany and mainly has played RB for them more than anywhere else.

AC, Azpi, Rudiger, Luiz, Zouma & even Ampadu. It might not be of the highest quality, but we have the number in that position.

well, I was thinking Rudiger is hurt (no clue when he returns)

it is not a sure thing Happy comes back (Probably will)

Ampadu will probably go out on loan

and when Azpi is at RB

Leaves AC,Luiz

maybe Tomori (I would loan him to an EPL team and decied once and for all)

or even Reece can place CB

Be happy to see him go were it not for the ban. We can't really afford to get rid of him with it in place though can we?

Imo, not only we can, but it is imperative that we offload him now, since i feel that we won't get many more chances to sell him past this summer. The way things are going with the ban and someone like Lampard as manager, we can forget about top 4 next season, so we might as well recall Baba and have him as a cover for Emmerson.

But knowing our stupid board, we are most likely going to keep him, i just hope that they will suprise me by doing the sensible thing just once.

yes we can

We have multiple options to back up Emerson

Baba (had a great loan spell at Stade de Reims), Jay Dasilva, and if he (he probably wont) nixes the perm deal to Torino, Ola Aina (who can play LB even though he is a RB primarily)

they all are far pacier than the turtle, all can cross the ball better

only way Alonso makes a lick of sense is if we go back to a wingback system, which is not going to happen

we have a superb young 19yo Dutch LB

Juan Familia-Castillo

but supposedly he is now leaving as he will not sign a new contract, grrrrr
