Justin_3d 1,140
QUOTE OF THE DAY: "I think all of the players would like to dedicate the win to John Terry." Oh, give it a rest, Andre Villas-Boas. He's hardly Rubin 'Hurricane' Carter, is he? Is it just ED that is starting to find Villas-Boas incredibly annoying?By: ED

Laylabelle 9,534
Made me laugh the Mail....players giving evidence in race claim blah blah...Then QPR say this:BBC Sport's Richard Conway reports: "QPR deny reports that Paddy Kenny, Clint Hill and Shaun Derry have or will be giving evidence to The Football Association in connection with the Anton Ferdinand-John Terry incident. They make the point that Derry wasn't even on the pitch at the time of the alleged incident."
Tortilla9 390
Color me confused. This is what I know so far:1. Ferdinand admits he didn't hear anything2. The QPR players won't be testifying (or whatever the FA is asking for)3. Cole didn't hear anything and he was the closest playerSo why is there an investigation? Because somebody watching tv or youtube guessed what they lipread? And I thought American sports could be a little crazy.
zolayes 14,489
Talk sport gave time on tues for Steve Curry to hammer JT ..today more time for Neil Ashton (Daily Mail) to do the same...The tossers are running scared
Kieran. 6,317
Ferdinand breaks silence, doesn't confirm or deny slurHe didn't deny it, so he probably thinks Terry said it.

Logic doesn't even seem to play into this.

warnie_666 1,081
Ferdinand breaks silence, doesn't confirm or deny slurHe didn't deny it, so he probably thinks Terry said it.He said that he didnt hear anything but after watching the Youtube video he said he was shocked and now thinks may be he was wrong to say he didnt hear anything.I cant beleive JT would be hanged on the evidence of everyones attempt to lipread what he said. "Black, Blind, Bellend, Back, Bag, Brat," could be any of these....
Kez 2,727
This is absolutely pathetic, talk about scraping the barrel. Anything to try and drag Terry's name through the mud a little more. Wish they would just settle this anyone that's not a Terry fan will try and keep this going as long as possible as it's more bad publicity for him.Talk about making a moutain out of a mole hill.I support JT 100%. LDN Blue 7,903
I know this may sounds a bit, like I'm not standing my our players. But if he is found guilty, and I don't believe Anton Ferdinand is trying to purposely take out John Terry because of a person vendetta, then I would expect he gets kicked out the game. It may sound incredibly harsh, but racism has been a hidden issue in football for a long time. Though I hate to say it, and I know he may not have meant it in a racist way, they should use this case to set the standard & follow through with Luis Suarez.Say No To Racism. We have sex offenders & violent thugs which is just as bad if not worse than racism, that have served time in jail & have still come back into the game & playing at the top levels.
