Inexperienced is a better word then. Baba has played in the Bundesliga and was in the team of the season over there. Ruben has not even played for 90mins in TOTAL for this season.

Show some balls, think outside the box etc

Just hiding behind the 'what can he do?' just doesn't cut it.
