So we go after Stones for most of the summer, then fail and like 2 days before the window closes then make a move for a CB who had already agreed a deal to Valencia and then for Marquinhos. Why was John Stones our #1 target when those two are better as well? My mind is frazzled.

Bizzare from the club to even try that. PSG wouldnt have sold him in May, July or 1st of September. Although i think the bids came in couple of days ago, french media reported about it. Sky are just late i think.

It seems that hes not very chuffed right now. Sounds like hes disappointed not to be informed we had put a bid in for him said to be 42 mill EU And as hes only played 10 minutes this season I bet hes steaming
