Benzema isn't world class in my opinion. He misses far too many chances but in any case he's the kind of striker content with not being the main guy which is what Madrid need with the likes of Ronaldo, Bale and Rodriguez playing alongside him.

He is average, his finishing is average, and his technical ability isn't anything outstanding. That's why Real Madrid have been linked with Falcao for so long now.

He's a solid striker, just not really good at anything.
