The thing which worries me is the fact he didnt look good at Monaco before his injury either, he scored a few goals but he was no where as good as he was at Atletico, but having said that, part of me thinks his unimpressive performances at Monaco may have been down to playing in a average league with average players.

every time i watched him at Monaco i always felt something wasnt right about him, maybe it was a lack of motivation, or maybe it was the start of his decline and then the injury came along! but as i have always been such a big Falcao fan i have my fingers crossed he will come good, but i dont have high expectations.

Not sure why people keep taking it as a given that Costa will again have an injury riddled season. He has a chance to get his surgery and rehab before next season. He should be completely healthy coming into next season.
