Radamel Falcao

1. Ibra has already said he will stay

2. you dont know what City are going to do yet! they dont even have a manager! and i guarantee whoever comes in will want Tevez and Aguero both to stay, no way will they spend £50+ Million on a striker when they have 2 top strikers already.

3. Buy out clause means nothing between the two Madrid clubs, its simply not a possibility for anyone to transfer between the two clubs.

4. Doubt it, if we wanted him don't you think we would have made our interest known by now seeing as he looks certain to go to Monaco?

5. even if they did sell them both, which they wont, they would never spend £50+ million on Falcao! when they have a great goalscoring striker already! they would buy someone cheaper plus a midfielder or two.

6. because of his price! because FFP is only around the corner most teams are trying to balance their books right now, the top teams just either dont need him, cant afford him or simply dont want him!

1. Like I said, even if Ibra is staying, PSG will still go for a striker!

2. If I dont know what City will do, so dont you. Meaning you cant claim they would not go for Falcao!

3. Do you know what a buy-out clause is?

4. We might have wanted to go for him but he didnt lowered his price demands...

5. That is just your assumption, Manure certaintly has the money to go for Falcao, it will come down weather they plan to play with 2 strikers.

6. You talk about FFP to denfend Monaco? If FFP was a real thing, Monaco would be the last team to try to sign Radamel!

Anyways, this is just so you see how Monaco is not his only option. Falcao is choosing money over everything else, this talk that Monaco is his only viable option is the most stupid thing I heard this month!

3. Do you know what a buy-out clause is?

I am not going to reply to everything else as i have already answered them.

As for the buy out clause as i said it doesnt mean anything between the Madrid clubs they have an agreement with each other to not transfer players between the two clubs! so there is no chance of Falcao going straight to Real Madrid!

LOL, do a little research on who Florentino Perez is and you will see that if he trully wants him, no agreement will stop him from getting Falcao. Atletico cant do anything if Real reaches the maximum price.

As far as the other clubs go, I will interpret that you have seen how Monaco was not Falcao's only option!

If no top club wants to pay you 200k/week, than lower your demands so you can play UCL and fight for a top league. It is simple and if he did that, around 3-4 clubs would fight over him. Instead, he decided to agree a millionaire deal if a club who probably wint even be allowed to play in Ligue 1. Radamel Falcao Garcia would be going to Monaco because he chose money over football and not because poor Falcao has no other option.

wow you don't get it do you?

speaking of buy out clauses you do realise there is a separate buy out clause for Real Madrid which is much much higher than what anyone else has to pay! probably around £80 million! then factor in that Falcao would not be able to even live in Madrid if he made the move directly from Atletico to Real because of the backlash from the Atletico fans! and then you can start to realise just how impossible it is for that deal to happen!

80mi is perfectly reachable for Real, specially with the amount of players they are about to sell. Put a thing on your head, if Perez wants Falcao he will pay whatever price they ask!

I never said it is likely to happen, but it is not near impossible...

Falcao isn't allowed to lower wage demands I think. When he signed his original contract with the 3rd-party group I believe they got the rights to dictate how much he'd earn above a certain amount. From what I understand he genuinely does not have a say in what happens in his career until his contract with this 3rd-party group expires or they decide to let him go - unless he breaches his contract.

Same with Hulk and probably plenty other players but it's just not reported because they're not high-profile.

wow this isn't going anywhere! if you think Perez will even attempt to sign Falcao thats up to you, but its not as simple as him meeting the buy out clause and thats it! The buy out clause is there for Real Madrid because its a figure that both clubs know wont get met. I would say there is more chance of Chelsea signing Rio Ferdinand than Real Madrid signing Falcao form Atletico.

@Rmpr sry you arent right with this one. cerezo-perez have a gentelman agreement that there will be no trades between the clubs, if the clubs dont give the green light. thats why perez didnt trigger the clause neither for aguero nor for falcao. perez is a BIG fan of falcao. has nothing to do with him but with the club he is playing for. perez is a gentleman and trys not to intimdate other clubs (maybe only barca :P)

I'm disappointed he chose the money.

Come on, can people stop saying stuff like that.

Everybody comes for the money.

Then there's no point at being at a club like Chelsea if they don't pay you that much. They would go to their boyhood clubs.

Anyways, if Falcao no longer available Chelsea will go for Cavani.

And Cavani seems like the striker that might fit out style. Not another Sheva or Torres.

But it's frigging Monaco! I just wonder why he chose money instead of money and competitive football. He won't play CL football in Monaco.

They will have a great team next season no doubt about that.

If they can sign Falcao, that's a strong signal.

Monaco is a great place to live, great tax system, casinos... and they will play in the same league than PSG. No doubt that Ligue 1 will be stronger the next 2 years, it's already the 5th league right after Serie A and no far from them
