Eggman 118
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sC5Op-NuesYAn encouraging news in todayΒ΄s news. " Despite all problems at Chelsea, Ferda is still held in great affection at Atletico & he would be welcomed back.May God if he is still somewhere, help us here & sends Ferda home.Falcao IS God.Imagine Courtois in training countering Falcao's efforts. That would be awesome.
gary gordon 1,777
Dunno what I'd do if Torres left and Falcao came, but it would include a lot of alcohol, some dancing followed by a swift nap (possibly in a gutter somewhere) On a serious note, i will be extremely surprised if Torres is here start of next season. No new manager would risk having him!
AndersonBLUE 819
If this don't happen we are stuck with Torres, noone would want him. If it did happen it means Lukaku would have to be sent out on loan again.

Alabama 1,992
if chelsea board trade Courtois for expensive Radamel....den chelsea board needs to be lobotomised...we stil have upcoming world class Islam Feruz, Patrick bamford and i rili trust ba and d qualities of Romelu....we can get decent n classic strikers for a reasonable price not trading Courtois for Radamel..... Don't get me wrong, I want to see Feruz in a few years in the team but what's wrong with having Falcao, Ba and Lukaku? United and City, before shipping Balotelli, have benefitted having multiple strikers at their disposal. Gives you the option of two strikers up front if needed. Lukaku and Falcao up front is a scary sight to opposing defenders.
YouNameIt 1,511
Torres + 50m for Falcao? (we have to pay them extra for taking Torres away from us of course)

Sheva. 5,373
Torres plus cash makes sense even for Atleti imo - they can play him together with Costa and/or Adrian if he stays, and he will surely create goals for them, really if they just think of him as an attacking midfielder, he won't look so bad lol. Only stumbling block might be his wages, but hopefully he doesn't do a FloMo.We can also let them have Courtois for one more year if needed. Imagine bringing in Falcao and some CM reinforcement/loan recalls, and getting rid of Torres in the same summer. The likes of Hazard and Oscar will be much better next season with the experience under their belts. Next season can really be our year IF we don't fuck up and let Arse and Spuds claw ahead of us.
Magic Lamps 11,692
Honestly I would be more excited about Torres leaving than Falcao joining, but it would be agreat deal, cos Atleltico is probably the only club for whom Torres still has some value, so we should in any case try to sell him to them. JDY 1,290
Torres + cash may make sense from a Chelsea point of view, but it would make no sense for them. Why would a club with such crippling debt accept a reduced transfer fee for their most prized asset, in exchange for a player who has shown every sign that he is way past his best, and would command wages that Atletico would be stupid to accept going forward. Not to mention that it looks like Atletico have got Leo from Rayo who has a release clause of just 8m euros, and has the upside of a world class forward if he continues at the rate he's going
Pizy 18,909
I actually think Torres would flourish back at Atletico. He'll never be back to his old self but he'll be home and god knows its way easier to score in Spain so that shouldn't be a problem for him. Special Juan 28,141
I really like Falcao but I have reservations about another massive fee for a striker. I think we would suited more to a Lewandowski type player. Robert is a brilliant striker and offers a lot in his area.I dream of Cavani because I think he is the complete forward, but he would cost the earth.
