Buffalo talks Blue 85
Radamel Falcao is SOMETHING! Is there any chance Abramovic is interested in buying this man? Cuz we really need him.
xPetrCechx 13,570
Asked about his future with Atletico, Falcao said: "I don't know what is going to happen in the future.http://football.uk.reuters.com/football/news/2012/08/31/7C587080-F3B8-11E1-86D3-DB248033923B.php
termninja 5,290
It would be absolutely ideal if we could bring Falcao here in exchange for Torres and money. If Fernando loves his dear Atletico so much he can go there and we get probably the best striker in the world in our team Also, when asked whether Chelsea was interested in Falcao, RDM responded no and that he is satisfied with our 2 strikers. Of course, he was never going to say yes, I'm just writing it so others who missed it can read.
BlueLyon 9,359
i realy think we missed on him, he is in his absolute prime and top form right now, then he will be older and more expensive next summer. Im realy dissapointed he (and Atletico) wont play in CL this year.

TheCount 146
Why swap Torres for him? that's retarded, if torres got the service falcao got last nite he'd of scored 3 or more as well, let us sort our midfield 1st and the service before we drop another striker who needs a ball on a plate into the shit, now adding him to the ranks along with Torres, great im all for that. Still prefer cavani since he can score different types of goals.

Plus he is alot more creative in his mind, runs more etc.

Pacquiao 1,834
I just cant believe how long it has taken people to see that Falcao is the best striker in the world! i have been saying it for ages now! i would loves us to sign him in January to have Falcao up front with Mata and Hazard behind for the title run in and CL Knockout stage would be immense and actually give us a realistic chance in both competitions!I have always said Falcao is capable of getting those crazy Messi & Ronaldo stats of 50+ goals a season all he needs is more quality around him! A player like him seriously needs to be playing in the CL as well, he would be perfect for us!also does anyone know if it is true that River Plate offered Aston Villa Falcao for 7 Million Euros in 2009 and Martin O'Neill didn't want him and signed Heskey instead? His movement, creativity, being at the right place at the right time etc?Comparing him to Torres and just say "look at the service Falcao gets" is dumb. Symbol123 175
Falcao would turn us from underdogs in the CL into one of the serious heavyweights.

BlueLyon 9,359
We also bought hulk two months ago. As long its not official, its BS. After all there are 4 months before january and anything can happen. Plain rubbish so far about this deal with Falcao, if it would be true, it would be announced already, similar like Lucas who will go to psg in january. But if this is however true, well then good thing. but I recomend you to not be too excited. We will sure bring striker in winter if Torres fails...In january, it could be anyone...

The Skipper 20,609
The Count is right. If Falcao played in that team yesterday for us he wouldn't have scored either. Torres had what, 1 half chance? Maybe Falcao would've taken that but the point is that having Falcao wouldn't automatically turn us into world beaters. Maybe Falcao would've taken that but the point is that having Falcao wouldn't automatically turn us into world beaters.Being a striker is more than just getting the ball and scoring. It also has much to do with movement and being at the right place at the right time. A hunger in the box is also something that defines a really good striker. Torres lacks all of these thing while Falcao looks great on all of these things.Saying that falcao woudnt score if he was in our team is for me very small minded. Im not saying that he would score. I just think some people here underestimate the impact a striker can have in the game.
BlueLyon 9,359
We have much better players and Torres should get his service anyway. But our whole team lacked of MOTIVATION yesterday in a big match, where motivation shouldnt be missing, WELL THAT IS A BIG FUCKING PROBLMEM. Not who we still need, but first we have to fix our own players first.
bababoom 4,478
Radamel Falcao, the Colombia striker whose hat-trick shot down Chelsea in the European Super Cup, may join the London club in January. Reports in South America last night said a pre-agreement between Falcao's team Atletico Madrid and Chelsea has been struck in a deal expected to be worth at least £48million. Falcao, 26, has already scored six goals in three matches this season and is seen as one of the world's deadliest strikers.Last season, only Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo found the net more times in La Liga than the Atletico goal machine. But with crippling financial problems at the club and with Falcao's agent, Jorge Mendes, also in charge of transfers at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea may well get their man when the transfer window reopens on January 1. Roberto Di Matteo's side have made a promising start to the Premier League, winning their first three games. Yet the European champions were brutally exposed in their first real test of the season in Friday's Super Cup. And it was Falcao who did the damage, putting in a man-of-the-match performance in the 4-1 win while also becoming the first player to net a Super Cup hat-trick in 35 years. Chelsea, Barcelona and Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala have long coveted the Colombian, but Roman Abramovich's club look set finally to win the chase.http://www.dailymail...l#ixzz25GBGQQL5
