Good signing if true, Redknapp wont be happy---> http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/aug/14/loic-remy-qpr-harry-redknapp-transfer

Should be happy enough not to play so much and have enough quality when he does, but wont knock the confidence in Costa that he's no.1. Would be better than Destro who seems very unproven for £20m

What was the problem with his medical when he was supposed to go to Liverpool?

Is he any good? I think Bony at Swansea is a better bet, I think Liverpool got a bargain in 16m for Mario.

i think that may have been money related but he does have an heart issue.

I think some are underestimating remy's ability. He adds something completely different compared to Costa & Drogba. At 8m it is a very good deal in todays market (Ross McCormack cost 11m  ) He will be happy to be 2nd striker. He as Prem experience. His recored is Apps:137(starts) Goals: 65 which isn't to shabby. Wages wont be huge. I can't see to many down sides Tbh, he isn't ever going to be world class but he can certainly do a job for us.

Always liked Remy, really hoped he'll sign for us in 2012 summer, when Sturidge was supposed to leave and its been reported that Remy was an option. Back than i thought he's gonna go more far, like being a 1st choice in Spurs or Arsenal, but i guess his health problems didnt allow that, or something else didnt work... still proved to be a very good PL striker. And we lack a french guy anyway.
