petre.ispirescu 4,928
What about Gabriel's horror tackle?! Diego's punishment is somehow covered by the rules, but us fans can't turn against him now. He is a passionate footballer and it was clearly out of frustration. He is a changed man and this incident in particular was his only "slip" since Hiddink took over. Frankly this season is over for Chelsea and Diego Costa could use an early rest. Have that hamstring checked over again and then get him pumped for the next season. Essien19
AWorriedChelseaFan 151
Deserved that punishment, no complains what so ever from me. Season's already over anyway for us. 10 minutes ago, petre.ispirescu said: Have that hamstring checked over again and then get him pumped for the next season. Yea, I'm getting a little bit worried about his niggling hamstring problems. Hope he gets himself a surgery or w/e to stop the injury from coming back. We need our big man to come back stronger next season. Essien19 and petre.ispirescu

It must be so unpleasant to take him on, bah. He's one of the best strikers in the game, always giving his all, sometimes he goes to far but that shows that he puts everything at stake for his current club. It's all about winning, the winner takes it all, don't give a fuck about morality and 'sportsmanship', put the ball into the net no matter what. We all pay our hard earned money to see him doing what he's best at: scoring goals! Proper Chels' and for the record, he consistenly gets the shit kicked out of him, defenders target him all the time and try to fuck him up badly, but the refs don't care. Finally we've found a successor to king Drogba, Costa must stay, for me after Terry's gone, he is the most important player at this club. He leads the line, he leads us into battle! Diego is the man! I'm confused over your avatar. Is it Cesc's face on Costa's head? Or only the mouth? Or am I seeing things? Essien19

Special Juan 28,141
He's not learning, continually doing it so he keeps getting hit with all this... No sympathy with him.
BlueLion. 21,491
He was a dick for acting the way he did, but to overly criticise the only player who showed any sort of hunger or fight (literally) in a fucking QUARTER FINAL is ridiculous. Magic Lamps 11,692
Don't know if anyone else noticed but eurosport featured an article todayabout how Costa alienated himself from his teammates in these four steps: 1)speaking up his problems with teammates 2)picking contests with team mates in the gym and celebrating his victories exuberantly 3) Promoting his pro-EU position against the EU-scepticism of TErry&friends 4)pretending to listen to "hardcore" hip hop when secretly preferring Drake in private I decided to share this with you since this bizarre article has me in a likewise bizarre limbo between absolute disbelief and cracking up with laughter. I can't honestly believe someone could be so dumb and superficial to compile a list of such meaningless bullshit in this context let alone belief this is legend but on the other hand I have not found any evidence to debunk this as some kind of tacky satire. https://uk.sports.yahoo.com/news/diego-costa-isolated-himself-chelsea-122056557.html Muzchap
Blue Gino 377
the combination of inept referees and FA and tabloid witch hunts would make it tough for anyone playing striker for Chelsea these days. Our players get the shit kicked out of them but if they try to show a spine and fight back they get suppressed because Chelsea are hated which is something I've grown to accept but I don't want Diego to change at all. mccg

xPetrCechx 13,570
Guus Hiddink says Diego Costa is not happy he now misses games due to suspension but he accepts that. #CFC Guus says it has to be accepted that Diego Costa has to play the way he does, but without going over the edge. #CFC Guus emphasises that Diego Costa has contributed a lot to the revival since Christmas. #CFC Guus reports there is a medical aspect to Diego Costa not being called up by Spain. #CFC
