Just needs to keep at this level and a few around him raise it at the same time. Hazard can only get better, he cannot get worse for me and if Hazard gets back at it we could have a quite unreal end to the season.

I think we will beat PSG and knock them out, but again it means our main men need to be really at it.

Apart from Agueo and Suarez there is no forward around right now that would be a guaranteed upgrade, and neither are remotely attainable.

Any other striker would be a sideways move (in terms of level they are at) at best and there's very few of them either.

That could be the case, but I think Cavani with consistent playing time would fill that void. He's also available

That was 4 years ago. This club needs either players in their prime or give the young guys a chance. Not players "worth a punt". Falcao, Pedro, Salah, etc. were "worth a punt".

Don't try that sly one and add Salah. Scored more goals than most of our mid combined this season and was injured a chunk. The other two were just names.

Anyway, the club need to go all out to acquire such players, but we all know that won't be happening. Maybe we should give Vela a call. [emoji24]

I would put Higuain ahead of him on current form. I agree that he isn't the major point of concern ATM, but can't see him carrying us like Drogba did at points.

Why not? He's already done it before. He was a huge player for Atletico when they won the title.

He done it for one season with them and did it for us last season. I doubt he can do it on a yearly basis (could use this year as an example, but I won't for obvious reasons)
