Eden Hazard signed 5.5 years contract extension in December 2015. If Real really wants Hazard they might try their luck 4 years later when his contract expires. By that time Hazard would be almost 30. I am okay with that rather than selling our ace and setting bad bar for the club. (See Munich treatment on Ribery.. thats the way it should be for biggest clubs in Europe.)

What makes you thinking that way?

Since his Siena days in Seire B, he always preferred dynamic, pacey, strong midfielders who are grinding and fighter,

These list of players are known to be Conte's "men" Do you see common traits they share?

Naiggolan Giaccherini Sturaro Vidal Marchisio Moses Kante Sanchez...

They all are physically strong, work their socks off on defense, and are warriors.

These are the DNA Conte adopted every single team he managed:

Always press opposition. Even in attacking third.
Always work on defensive aspect of game. 
Fowards, Midfielders and defenders all need to work as a single unit to defend and attack together.

Total opposite of James don't you think? Slow, lazy on defense, physically weak, primadonna rather than a warrior. Players like James & Mata & Ozil are great players themselves but they hinder their teams taking next step to be the strongest powerhouse in Europe. It is not a coincidence Real won 2 CL without James & Ozil.

Payet is going to be 30 soon what about signing Hakan Çalhanoğlu he's 22 and he's an Creative player who can change a game with perfect assist or beautiful free kick

this guy is so overrated - he is the opposite of what Chelsea's new style of play is 

Real Madrid made a mistake with him they based it all on 1 great World Cup - Tournaments are a terrible judge of a player's quality - he has been a huge bust in Madrid 

he simply is not worth that money not even half the money  - wait for Greizmann or someone like that - or someone who fits the system better 

the MF already has 1 extra guy Matic Kante and Cesc

Hes not that over rated.

Over rated is someone like RLC who we hyped toi the hilt and paid him £60 k a week to do fuck all and we cant sell him or loan him out unless we keep paying his wages!! And IF we did sell him we woul look like right twats for selling supposedly the blue eyed academy boy and saviour of our future.

Whereas James is good and has proved himself even if hes been leapfrogged by others.

I reckon he would work out.

But iIF we do go buying some tip top RW it would mean we woyldn't be looking at a 3-5-2 anyt time soon.

Yeah but he had Pogba. Pogba was not a work horse like those you mentioned. Heck even he was complaining that he was not used to like Pirlo to do that work for United.

Conte did had one player like that,which was more free role.

At this moment a ready made player would be good. Plus I think Payet can be good for at least 3 years.

3 years is a lot in this world of futbol. I'll take that.
