Would be beyond stupid if we force Cesc out to keep Matic. 

You can replace Matic, but there's no one with better passing abilities than Cesc Fabregas on the market.

His passing abilities are top notch... When there is no one on him... and no pressure... and it can't be a big team... or a big game... or any physical players out there. 

He is far too slow, gives up the ball too easily, and struggles in physical games. As he is ageing and losing any bit of speed he has left, he is becoming easier to take out of the game. I'm sure there are as many good replacements for Cesc as there are for Matic.

People are scared of selling a big name who is supposedly a big player for us. Lets not forget that at the end of the day Cesc was a stopgap signing. He has done his job and he has done it well. Now he simply doesn't fit Conte's system and imo isn't good enough anymore to have the entire midfield built around him.

He's 29 years old. We shouldn't be scared to cash in on him while we can. However, he should only be sold if we have a proper replacement ready. Who else but Ruben Neves? In my opinion that boy is the next Luka Modric and will easily slot in to our starting XI.

he used to play like a 29yo when he was 24... friend of mine - arsenal fan - told me exactly that.

I mentioned his age because once a player hits his thirties their price will just continue going down and down.

I have no problem selling Cesc as long as we have a young worthy replacement available. There is nothing there to suggest that we can't afford or attract Ruben Neves.

Despite his deficits he still offers so much more to this team than Matic and Oscar. We need him for his creativity and through balls, he makes Costa a better player. He should start the next few games.
