Then you might also want to ask how Torres starts most of the matches ahead of the other 2...

what?

etoo has 2167 minutes playing for us.

torres has 2148, while ba has about 900 minutes.

and this was after we got etoo at the last day of the transfer window, and he being injured for the major part of the last 2 months.

so how are u claiming that torres started most matches ahead of etoo. etoo started most when he actually got into a good enough physical condition to play in PL in the mid-season but his continous injuries robbed us of that too.

ba was our 3rd striker. we infact wanted to loan him at the start of the season so no doubts there.

moreover, between a torres, a physically un fit etoo, and a ba (who is clearly not the striker u would want to lead a line for a team trying to play in a high pressing, counter attacking system, cos lets have it straight, jose was building a team and a system to play in and that system suited torres much better than ba) what does it matter who plays the most, they are all poor.

Fair enough, although Torres was also injured in spells throughout the season.

But yes, you're right about no striker being an outright favorite for the starting 11.
