Getting him to bulk a bit is 1000 times easier than improving the technique of a poor player. Andre is a good player -just needs time to adapt.

What criteria are you using to judge him? He isn't in the team to create like Oscar and Hazard are. You shouldn't expect that from him. Schurrle is about movement, pace, dragging people out of position and getting into the right place at the right time.

The only really bad thing from him were his deliveries, apart from that he wasn't as bad.
