BlueLion. 21,491
I've always actually doubted Kalou, but whenever I voice those doubts about him, he tends to prove me wrong in the short-term with a couple of decent performances. Maybe I should slag him off more often?

flamiejamie 0
Kalou should never get a start again... He's been playing so poorly! I think we need to start Sturridge, Santo, and Borini before this kid... seriously! He's an okay impact sub, but when I see him coming on as a late substitute to get that one goal, my hope is not running too high.
Term-X 7,891
^ completely agreewe have talented youngsters like di santo who have to be shipped off to gain experience because of this reject striker/default winger not to mention fabio borini, i'd rather see gael kakuta get the game time kalou gets. 5354 204
Yes hes playing like shite now, but give him sometime to familiarise the role of a striker.... probably we should see him like a Defoe....

flamiejamie 0
If it weren't for the transfer embargo I would plead my case to ANYBODY that we need to sell Kalou... but seeing as how we're done in for transfers, I have no choice but to shut up about it. boshman 1,073
Kalou frustrates me soooo much!! He always seems to do everything right and then do something more and f*** it up! I'm just like Flamiejamie when i see him getting ready on the touch line i think..... WHAT??!! Having said that i will always love him for 2 reasons,1) His late late goal against Watford.2) That cross for Riise.

EskWeston 696
Ryan Bertrand has today signed for Nottingham Forest on loan until January 3, 2011. The left-back, who celebrates his 21st birthday today, has been involved in this summer's pre-season under Carlo Ancelotti, but returns to the Championship where he has represented several sides on temporary deals over the past couple of seasons. Last year was spent at Reading, where he missed just two league games, having spent the previous 18 months with Norwich, making 60 appearances. Ryan is a regular in the England Under 21 squad, and this week was named alongside fellow Chelsea men Jack Cork, Michael Mancienne and Daniel Sturridge in the squad to face Uzbekistan in Bristol next week.Source: Chelsea FC
EskWeston 696
Another Championship loan for Ryan isn't good. I am sure he is pretty dissapointed with that. Would have liked to have seen him kept around or loaned to the Premiership. I guess this probably means long term his future will not be at Chelsea. Aanholt, both could have been our LBs for long long time, and both have the potential to be some of the best LBs in the world, would have been nice to have 2 such players for one position... Kostas 1,468
Probably his last chance ,I reckon it'll be harded to get into our 25 man squad next year with some long term loanees returning.
DYC. 7,542
Again...They could have at least loaned him out to a PL team
LDN Blue 7,903
Oh come on! A Championship side?! He's better off with our reserves
EskWeston 696
If he is not going to be part of Chelsea's first team after this long and all those loans we should have sold him! Surely we would have got a few million for him, England U21 international ect...
eldo 868
I have heard that Nottingham Forest wanted Bertrand or van Aanholt. Maybe it is good if he will get plenty of playing time.

I can't help but feel this is leading up to him being sold.
LDN Blue 7,903
I just hope we don't sell him. Bertrand has a lot of potential to be a future England star, if we can keep hold of him we can show people we're still not this team, which everyone thinks has no youth system.
