-Starting with Etoo show that he belives in him and trust him. The backbone of the squad has always been important for Jose.

- Not Starting Mata shows that Jose doesnt care about what status you have. If Jose doesnt think you are good enough or doesnt fit his style of play you just doesnt play.

- Not starting someone like De Bruyne in the piviot shows that he wants to create a stable side, which we desperatly need.

And to everyone else. Jose is the best manager in the world because he does what he believes is right and he doesnt care who you are in the club. His focus is on the club and its best, not to satisfy players or care about what "status" they have. FACT is, Mata hasnt been good and Oscar has proved he can fight for that place. Sure, I want to see Mata play aswell but when Oscar is so much better at the moment, resting Mata isnt really a big questionmark.
