Oriol is hardly getting any gametime at valencia.In my opinion if we need reinforcement in midfield then we will just recall either chalobah or Josh in January because like you said we cannot rely on Essien and Lampard and i cant see us getting any quality midfielder in January.

I'm really, really bothered by this injury. I hate to imagine how much this could stunt his developement. I see him as the future of the Chelsea midfield but this injury doesn't nothing to help that vision.

9 months out, but God only knows how many months until he can play proper football, that is if he will ever play it as good as he used to. This is a career threatening injury, its extremely serious.
