Have I missed something here or are you seriously accusing a player who has been notably injured twice in his 5 year career as injury prone and comparing him to the walking broken body that is Diaby? I really hope i've misinterpreted this...

where have compared him to diaby? saying someone is injury prone = saying he is as bad as diaby?

he has had 3 injuries in the past 1 and a half year and has barely even been available to play football.

Video of Marco van Ginkel's most recent appearance for Milan.

Quietly effective game by the looks of that. Especially enjoyed some of his first time passes. Not flashy but the correct pass, at the correct time, played with the correct weight. Very efficient.

Agreed. I think if ever Rami or Mikel move on, he can slot right in.

Na the kids too injury prone, if he makes over 10 passes a game he'll probably shatter his whole skeleton at once or so you'd think listening to didierforevers posts.

no no. not at all. he is made of steel and has never got injured. oh wait!!!

Crazy to believe not all players who get injured are injury prone. There is a middle ground.

whats the middle ground? how do you define it?

i have explained my point of view before and i will do it again. football is a contact sport and tackles will be made. bad and horrible tackles. i mean look at the one bardsley made on hazard. or the sandwich that shawcross and cameroon made of costa. but yet, for geniuses like ryandavidson, its "bullshit" to even suggest that players like mvg are injury prone.

i do understand your point of view that of injury prone in the conventional sense, but to totally ignore injuries which happen thru the fault of other players just does not make sense to me. infact there is more chances of player getting injured thru contact and tackles than in training or pulling a hamstring or something.

  • 2 weeks later...

Reports in Italy that Milan might end his loan. Anyone else would like to see him given a PL loan if that proves correct? Surely he can be a nailed on starter for teams like Burnley or Leicester?!

He massively lacks match fitness. No Premier League team will want to sign him for the bench.
