Fernando Torres

Oscar seems to hold him back so effortlessly (just compare their bodies, their torsos and legs say it all, and still Oscar doesn't break a sweat to stop him)... someone pls, stop this man from ever playing for us again.

Are you kidding?

So you're taking one frame and extrapolating so much rubbish from it?

I was just talking about a pic as people did many times, it's only the impression the pic gives or shouldn't I assume people will be able to say that a frame of an action is misleading and sometimes funny?

I'll develop further for you to discern though.

Cheeky comment: someone as small as Oscar can stop someone as big as Fernando Torres barely touching him LOL although this is a pic and it may be only be a impression.

Serious comment: I can't stand seeing Torres here anymore.

Good thing I've switched careers and work with four-year olds now. Endless source of patience to my already very patient nature.

So if we sold him we'd have to add about £18 million to the FFP expenditure because the rest of his fee would be due.

But we'd save about £7 million this year in wages and £8 million next year.

So we'd need a fee of about £11 million to break even on him (the fee covering the final transfer balance minus his wages).

That's right isn't it?

Fact is that he costs us about £18 million per year which is more than enough for another marquee signing.

We are already covered FFP wise with the sale of lukaku. That was a 20mil profit. So it not only covers up torres' FFP cost but also the cost of the 2nd striker (remy/bony/chicha)

True, but I'm talking about purely him covering his own cost to leave and the Torres-sized hole he'd leave.

Would you guys think it is better to loan him with still paying 100% of his wage, rather than having him in our team?

yes, out of sight , out of mind. and he couldn't cost us points , with retarded misses.

Nope best idea is to send him on a World Tour where he is signing t-shirts in Malaysia, Phillipines, US, China, Japan, Arab Emirates etc. He can at least do something positive in such a case and we can fly him Economy everywhere to save some money on travel.
