GIBBO3000 20
I think it's a good thing Torres is out. Will give demba ba some deserved playing time and show Chelsea fans why he was a force at Newcastle. Torres was on the decline when Chelsea bought him ba was a leading goal scorer and we fucked him
Las7 951
God we are really going to have to rely on midfielders and defenders getting the goals as the strikers we're have left are so **** What a load of crap, Torres is as **** as the rest of our strikers, difference between him and Demba and Eto'o is that he has been **** for longer time.Relying on Torres for goals is like relying on the Moon for heatDid Backstreet change his name to the_flash? bushman 2,043
It´s sad to see Torres being injured. He might be off for more than 2 weeks.Well, players do get injured. However, now BA & Eto´o must perform & start scoring.Current Chelsea team has plenty of players to substitute injured ones. Let´s see what happens. CHOULO19 24,332
Should know more about his injury today. Luckily we have an international break coming up so hopefully he'll only miss Norwitch which he is suspended for on any account.

Blessing in disguise Now he won't be risking injury in the Spanish qualifiers. Barbara

xPetrCechx 13,571
But medical scans found that Torres had suffered slightly strained ligaments rather than a tear.Chelsea are targeting the October 20 home game with Cardiff for his return but are confident Torres will be fit to face Manchester City eight days later. CHOULO19 24,332
Was just thinking about something yesterday after the match: This is the first time that Torres has been injured since he joined us more than two and a half years ago! At least as far as I remember. That is just incredible. Not sure if that says something about his physical strength or passion and commitment on the pitch.. At least as far as I remember. That is just incredible. Not sure if that says something about his physical strength or passion and commitment on the pitch..yeah noticed that too. Perhaps it's no coincidence that now that he is able, physically, to actually play close to his potential/limit he's picked up an injury.I honestly hope that it isn't so, but I do remember his time @pool and the way they overplayed him.
