LDN Blue 7,903
Because he's worth £35m there will be a lot of pressure on him to deliver and he could be a flop at Liverpool. That would be some amusement!! :eyebrows:Not under "The King" surely?! magic weeds 446
I say we can buy 2 good players with 50mln. Liverpool do that.35mln. for Carrol and 14mln. for Adams.=49 millions. And these money are from the transfer for Torres. They haven't these money before 4 days. But now the have it and make good transfers. With that 50millions for Torres we take a risk, but I hope to have luck and to haven't injures and to help us in the CL.I think you should just accept the fact that we are about to sign this guy. whether its good or bad, we will see. Liverpool are aiming for Europa, we are fighting for CL and people like Charlie Adams can't take you anywhere in CL. IMO

LDN Blue 7,903
£50million seems stupid now in light of what they're paying for Carroll. We should try a cheeky £40million bid now

LDN Blue 7,903
Can we say Guillem is a reliable source? Because.. Sky Sports' Guillem Balague says on Twitter that the deal to take Fernando Torres to Chelsea is done pending his medical. The fee is reported to be £50million.
