  1. 1. Rafa Out?

I was prepared to give him a chance more in hope than expectation, but the guy is simply appalling in every respect. I loathe seeing his fat face on tv because he's so uncharismatic and talks so much bollocks. He's just not Chelsea in any way, shape or (especially) form.

There's more reason now for further abuse, S***s lost, Red Scum from Merseyside got done as well, if we'd won it'd have been almost the perfect day.

I honestly don't think we'd be any worse off if he went right now. I can't see any positives in keeping him a moment longer. Oh and we're badly missing Moses, mind you with 'The Incompetent One' still here we'd need Jesus and his Dad as well as Moses to get us out of the mire we're currently in.

The fact of the matter is, even though Robbie might not of been a world class tactician, there is no doubt we would of had the spirit and fight to come back and win more games, we can't even do that for Benitez, we just crumble and play like shit when the other team scores.

Yes we managed to come back this game, but what's good about that exactly? we shouldn't be losing to Bradford in the first place, i don't care if other teams drew and lost to league teams, we played almost a full strength team out there and drew. I know if we had Robbie this wouldn't be happening.

tbf, benitez isn't helped by all the pressure on him. goes to show what a poor appointment it was. with a competent manager and a bit of stability at the club, we would have incorporated a few youth players yesterday but the situation at Chelsea has been so toxic that the only youngster who has come through this season has been Piazon - league cup games and one 8-0 plonking. Nathan Ake's 90th minute substitution hardly counts

Look at Manchester United - Wooton, Keane, Nick Powell, Tunniclife, Vermijl. When the club is in a situation like ours, we tend to concentrate only on the immediate future. yes, we may have signed lukaku, de bruyne etc etc but it's either first-choice challenging for the first-eleven spot like Oscar, Hazard etc or sent out on loan..no blooding of youngsters

if the club doesnt get a playmaker in the pivot(benat, moutinho, modric), we should forget about possesion or beautiful football. im tired of seeing us play like shit trying to pass our way into the goal and no ideas in the final third. Making us look like arsenal all the time is just bull. :fainthv9:

Either we go all out and get proper players for this system or we go back to our rigid 4-3-3 then defend and counter, and get crosses into the box when in possesion.

The way it is easy to play us with this system is baffling, all the opposition has to do is sit in their 18box, allow us to pass aimlessly and when we lose the ball, they break and score. :readthemessage:

The fans hate rafa, he doesn't make reasonable changes or subs and can't motivate players to save his life. No manager which the fans hate has ever been successful so I think he should leave for the good of our club.

This isn't football manager or FIFA. Player transfers actually affect real people's lives, some of you don't realise that. It involves moving, getting a new home, new school for kids, new culture, environment and on top of that pressure to perform. Football is a business, if it doesn't make financial sense to get a player, the club won't. January transfer window isn't known for getting good buys for money-value ratio. I'd rather we'd not spend a dime and wait for permanent manager to take over in the summer, give him time, finances to build a new squad and have the whole summer to gel it.
