I think we must stick with a manager no matter who he is. Everything was being prepared for Pep, things didnt work out so I dont even care who it is anymore, I just want stability.

Deep down I want Klopp or Mourinho, but I know they wont come, so just sign whoever you aint gonna sack.

I think he'd do well if he was given time, he gets the best out of his players. But he wouldn't get time here so we are probably better to go for a manager with CL experience and who would be happy to only be here for a season or two at most. We really need a manager like Moyes who would be here for a few years, but unless the manager wins the league or CL he's going to get sacked. It's probably going to take a few more years for Abramovich to run out of managers before he realizes there's no one better available so he just sticks with whoever is in charge.

Think he'd do well but its him taking the risk of leaving a club where he is doing well with what he's got to come under immense pressure..and when times get hard and we go on a bad run thats when you realise how good/bad a manager is and how patient the board are

We need someone who realises when subs need to be made!!Seriously everyone could see something needed to be done or we were in massive risk of throwing points away but yet...waited till the end to do it

Great win today. Fantastic three points.

However it shows that Rafa is a lousy tactical coach.

Harry, Southampton's manager, Allardyce and Wenger have simply made simple changes and adjustments to lineups an this clueless man playing our manager doesn't have the brains to deal with.

Harry just sat back for QPR and countered. Adkins just brought another striker. Allardyce brought in just Diame. Benitez proved he couldn't deal with the changes. The team always goes missing at the second half.

Today, Wenger simply instructed Coquelin and Diaby to push forward to push our CMs back and Benitez couldn't deal with that. A more clinical team woul have made us much more problems.

FSW doesn't like taking risks nor he does know how to take risks at the right time. Being outwitted by Allardyce, Harry, Adkins and almost Wenger. That's a terrible manager.

He makes the team work extra hard in a game we dominate, that and his stubborness to proof himself a wonder worker on Torres will cost us this season.

I can't wait the day to see them both gone.

He has to realize that we are not that can just sit back and concede possession, not when we have players like Mata, Hazard and Oscar on. Every time we are ahead at HT, he asks the whole team to drop 10-15 feet and we end up getting screwed.

I dont think he is our man, Rafa made too much mistakes since he is here, playing Torres today was a big one, but to let him play 78Min was just awful.Anyway no one is better than Rafa for us now, end of season, rafa sacked, Mourinho comes back, we win the league again.#LoveToBeOptimistic

His substitutes are just so predictable waiting till the last 10 15 minutes. He praised the newly shorn Fernandoh, but to be honest, it was again like playing with 10 men.

Its no exagerration to say we would be top or level with yernited if we'd had a decent striker this season. But no its the Emperors new clothes with Abramovichs £50m wonderboy.

Ironically Torres had a slightly better day today, (didnt score but didnt fuck up too much) and yes his work rate was good, but he still has the first touch of a rapist, and still looks lost.

His work rate is good just everything else is crap.And the thing thats annnoying you get games where he is decent for a few and then goes crap again!
