No its not that. If you had offered me 3rd 3 points off top at the start of the season after the pre-season we had i would have taken it... He can't exactly lose us anything in attack. Its also the fact we wait for them to equalize then decide we should change something. We could all see 50 mins in that torres needed to come off and we needed someone like moses to test them with pace but we wait til they score.

We are creating the chances, we need to be more clinical without a shadow of a doubt, but compared to the dross we had to sit though under Carlo (post double) and most of AVB's reign, this is a dream.

Defensively, bar the goal, we looked a lot better today. As far as im concerned while JT is out Ivan is first choice with Luiz or Cahill partnering him. I don't usually vote for a MOTM unless some one seriously stands out and for me Azpi did, and he will surely get more games now with Ivanovic having to cover in the centre more.

We were never going to win the title this season, too many changes and to big a gap from last term, but as far as the future is concerned we have never been in such a good position.

Only one defeat in 11 isn't too shabby considering we lost 4 in the same period last term.

It's ANOTHER shocking display expected at this point from Torres. The team played OK. went through patches of brilliance, to the very poor, but the issue does lie with the number 9 imho.

The players surrounding Torres surely know he doesn't shoot nor does he score, so the reliance on them is upped and they have more pressure to make chances and yet finish them because Torres can't finish his dinner.

Sturridge and Moses get 10 minutes and people wanna even comment on them ridiculous. Sturridge starts are more than over due, the guy should have 56 games and see his return.

As mentioned RDM being reactive, i don't know if he's getting found out, but what he is seeing in our number 9 is well beyond me. You can't give a player like sturridge or Moses 10 minutes, they aren't Dzeko. They aren't Hernandez. These boys are world class and different kind of players. BUT they get alot more game time, Hernadez came on early doors. Dzeko is an actual super sub. RDM needs to look at the situation up top and make a firm decision about it cause Torres doesn't work t all.

Also mata and oscar are not getting as much stick as torres, because mata has been exceptional, and oscar has also been extremely good. I am extremely annoyed they missed, but like i said you can't score them all. Even messi misses, but torres is consiistently bad, and right now i am more annoyed with RDM's approach with his subs etc than torres. I still am behind RDM but he has got to sort that out.

Fact is we played far better before Liverpool scored and had plenty of chances to score - after their goal we were awful - and the main reason is that that RdM always making reactionary substitutions instead of bringing on players while we are still in the lead and playing better.

You're all right we need a striker, BUT we didnt draw today because we dont have descent strike force, we lost points because yet again, like the Arsenal game, we are too smug when we lead by just 1 goal, when we can obviously attack the opposition harder. It was just embarrassing today, looked so naive, not mature enough, not ready to win the title, thats what i thought about that performance. Of course not. Danny was injured and away for some time and he's not playing regularly. Torres however is always "at his best" so to speak, meaning he's always a starter.

Fucking hell, give Danny at least 1-2 starts and see how he does. I mean, it's not like we will be benching a guy that has a huge impact on the game. Torres isnt critical.

I really dont understand why Danny isnt given more chances atm.
