Leif 6,006
Oh yeah, what I meant by 'he could surprise people' or whatever I said;Remember when people said Marin would be no more than a squad player? Then he was in our top 3 best players during pre-season? Yeah.We shouldn't make assumptions before he's played a game for us!
Sheva. 5,373
Mind you, we still have a certain Fernando Torres upfront. Feels as bad as being relegated... all in due time. I'm still confident we will see a striker signing before the window closes, surely.
Backstreet09 499
I hope this don't means we're looking to sell SturridgeReportedly Liverpool are front runner for him.
Superblue 6,372
Very happy with this. The lad adds even more pace to our team but most importantly another outlet that is direct and positive; if mata, oscar and hazard don't play their way through you then marin and moses will play their way around you.Moses will give Chelsea something extra and will prove over time a snip at £9m i'm sure. HNKS 508
We got Moses now we need Jesus (Navas). See what I did there....??
communicate 2,703
I like the signing because he can play on the wing and as a striker. We are now loaded upfront.
CfcDocker 0
Dont really think we need him, I know he played well saturday but i feel its just a direct replacement for Kalou.
Iced 34
Wigan Athletic have announced that they have accepted a bid from Chelsea for Victor Moses.A Wigan statement read: "The club can confirm that after four unsuccessful bids from Chelsea for Victor Moses, a fifth bid has today finally met the valuation and terms set by Wigan Athletic and been accepted. The player has been given permission to speak with Chelsea."
chelsea maniac 40
I think Sturridge now will have his nose put out of joint as he will not see so much playing time . I can see him wanting to leave imo

Backstreet09 499
Dont really think we need him, I know he played well saturday but i feel its just a direct replacement for Kalou. He is far better than both Ramires and Sturridge at RW position, Marin is very much our first choice RWinger but Marin is an injury prone so it's a great buy, which allows Ramires to play in central midfield position, which creates a healthy competition between Lampard and Ramires , and I don't think Mikel will feature anymore in our future lineup. With RDM trying to fit Oscar as a deep playmaker

Rambo 1,729
Five bids? Really?Anyways, welcome to CFC Moses. Huge fan of his ability, hopefully this will mean Sturridge can get the green light to play striker.

Shame with Marin as he looks pretty quality from what ive seen
Hutcho 8,443
Another positive is that he has a lot of re-sale value if we ever don't need him due to him being young... hopefully it won't come to that and he will be very successful here, but at 21 its not like its 9 mil just completely gone for him. Looking forward to seeing him alongside Hazard and mata... As many others have said, more pace and crucially width on the right hand side as well, which we haven't been getting from rambo atm... Rambo still has a big role to play in this squad but i just don't see it being at RW.Also should give di'matteo a lot of attacking options in games... Loads more than he did last season.. We have moses marin ramires and oscar, all of whom can impact the game in different ways and should make us less one dimensional.

SeB 1,281
He is i agree but i feel we should have gone for someone better. Hopefully he suprises me. You really should look at his figures:http://www.whoscored.com/Players/33064He won't be our main goascorer but in a first time he'll be very usefull to dynamite the flanks and obtain good free kicks. His defensive workrate is impressive for a young player, and for a winger.
CfcDocker 0
Who's to say he will improve?
