ChelseaFanUK 1,014
This "we can recall Lukaku" stuff, you do realise if WBA paid any sort of loan fee, which is likely, you CANNOT recall them for the duration of the loan

I believe there is also some 'emergency' clause for excpetional circumstances - but you are 100% correct - it's not a TRIVIAL thing as some are suggesting! Joe Tyler 84
I think Klaas Jan Huntelaar would be the best value striker available this window.

The Skipper 20,609
I think Klaas Jan Huntelaar would be the best value striker available this window. He would be the worst signing we could make. Terrible, terrible signing. So one dimensional.

No what we need at all, we've got two strikers that can score already - Torres and Sturridge. Huntelaar would offer NOTHING NEW. I'm Dutch. I've followed Huntelaar for most of his career and trust me, he'd be so frustrating to watch.
CRonaldo 55
Yes but he scores a lot. With Oscar, Mata, Hazard, Marin, a pure scorer can be enough. And there is something different from Torres, who can play (but not score :/)I'm not saying he would have to play 90 minutes of each games, but it a good option
BOSS 372
Hope we get somebody from that is young and talented + cheap like Insigne,Mlapa,Guidetti etc.Guidetti would be awesome btw. We should sign Guidetti for 8m euro's and he will beome way better than Torres i watch alot of Eredivisie and this guy is good
Mufassir08 2,400
The equation should be simple if torres is misfiring then sign falcao in january.

OneMoSalah 8,966
Keep an eye on Eduardo Vargas at Napoli. I'm sure the Napoli fans will tell you how highly rated he is! We were interested before when AVB was in charge and tbh I'm gutted we didn't get him. Bagged a hattrick tonight I think. He can play as a striker, left winger or right winger, rather versatile. He played for Universidad del Chile, Napoli just bought him (winter transfer window). He was brought in to replace Lavezzi, he always played behid number 9. But I view him as very similar to Hazard or Ronaldo or Piazon (not talking about quality), they can play as #9, but he is not truly one. You could count him as a #9, but wouldnt be your senior player.
Rambo 1,729
Demba Ba as a cheaper option, quality player.
SeB 1,281
Demba Ba as a cheaper option, quality player.Chelsea (like another big club) won't ever sign him due to his leg condition, his career literrally relies on one bad tackle. Beside that he's not very clever, we've to list all the recent signings who are wise, well educated and intelligent people (Lukaku, Mata, Moses, Oscar, Azpilicueta etc...). Ba couldn't enter into that list.I've been told a striker has scored 3 out of his 3 only attemps at goal so far, I don't remember the name, I recall he plays in Northern England...
