I like Oscar and have always defended him ,, but I also think KDB is a class player ,, Some here can't accept that . I think BOTH could have fitted into our team

2013 we had Mata, Oscar, KDB, Hazard and William in the same team. 2015 we are left with Pedro.

Great to see him back, the lad now needs a real good run of games and performances and I think all our form comes back with it.

Not sure where are coming from. Hulk is easily the most underated striker around. For me he is easily better than Diego Costa and would be perfect for a PL football. His UCL performance for the average Zenith speaks loud about his quality. His WC was bad, but im my books that was more related with Scolari's poor tactics than anything. Hulk with Neymar, was the best player for Brazil when Mano Menezes was the coach and was playing with no typical CF at all.

I pretty much agree with you but I would paint the picture a bit differently. I'd say that Oscar is not good enough to be our permanent number 10 but, for now, he is the best ten we have and our team is better with him. I hope all those who have been championing Willian's case to be our ten, are beginning to agree that while Willian undoubtedly looks better than Oscar, he virtually always achieves less.

I think Oscar done well but people really overrate his performances. Maccabi are awful and any player playing that day would have excelled. Willian was excellent during the game, like everyone else. We would have battered them with or without Oscar. They were that awful. Arsenal, defensively he impressed me with 2 great slide tackles but was frustrating on an offensive POV. But he done well but we were mainly helped by the red card tbh. That is what influenced the game.

I think the one thing when Oscar plays for us is that the midfield players link better together, he usually is key to that but he still needs to improve his goals/assists and also at times he can still have a better impact on games.

Still, they are all a level or more below David Silva's play.... When KDB play behind the striker, he was quite invisible and when he was on the flanks he seem to play much better.... However, this isn't wolfsburg where he is MR. everything.

15 assists the whole season will never happen, let alone just the epl season, since he will not take even half the set pieces and City don't play counter football...

I would predict 5 goals and 5 assists, unless he is given all the set piece responsibility....Granted your not the main cog to the team and option number 4-5, 5g and 5assist is reasonable output (however, not reasonable for the transfer fee).

Oscar fit's pep because he provides balance to neymar and is key to ball retention and pressing, which are 2 things pep requires in all his players.

Mahrez doesn't play for a big team, Sterling does. Things change when you go on a big team as Sterling is realizing and KDB will realize soon. It's one thing to play for Liverpool, it's another thing to play for Man City.

Coutinho, like Ganso will be dropped from the national team once felipe anderson transfers out to a big team and fernando does well at sampordia... So, coutinho will end up like Ganso, forever gone from BRazil national team...
